I am Arlind, I’m 21, and I’m from Italy!
I will be part of the support team in Des and I’m so exited because it’s my first time doing PEACE.
I was an exchange student in Hungary in 2017/2018 with afs and when I came back I had to wait a little bit as I was to young to be an official volunteer for. It was really important for me to give back what this experience had left in me. Since then I’ve done multiple things in my chapter and now I’m responsible for the relationships with schools and teachers! Something I’m very fond of is education and active citizenship and that’s one of the reasons I’m still in this and I believe in the mission!
Outside of afs I study pharmaceutical sciences at uni in Rome, where I live.
I love food, music, art, nature and playing volleyball!
I’m very looking forward to meeting all of you!
