Hi everyone!
My name is Lazar and I’m a third-year, 21-year-old economics student from Belgrade, Serbia!
This will be my first PEACE ever, so naturally, I’m really excited to have fun doing it and to meet you all!My AFS journey started in 2017 when I first hosted a guy from Czech Republic for two weeks only, as his host family was on a vacation. After that amazing experience, I decided to go on an exchange year to Germany in 2018/2019 and ever since I came back, (on and off though), I have been a volunteer for AFS Interkultura here in my Belgrade local chapter. Though recently, I have started being more active in AFS!Às for my hobbies, I really do love doing many different things, that is, when I have free time. I love skiing (and everything that has to do with snow) and go to the mountains anytime I can. And when I’m at the topic of mountains, I also love hiking, which is a great way to practice another hobby of mine – photography! I love cooking as well – any recipe that I can get my hands on.
