My name is Tjara (you can pronounce it as tiara) and I’m from Belgium, Ghent. Currently I live and study in Brussels. I was lucky to do my exchange in Peru, a place that learned me so much and allowed me to grow as a human being. I’m a very busy bee, keeping my agenda filled with a lot of social projects (stay tuned!) and living the student life. In my free time I love cooking, playing basketball and collecting stories of the beautiful people that cross my path. I would never say no to a good party or fun vacation. This will be my first PEACE camp and I’m soooo excited for it! I’ve been a volunteer for AFS since 2017. Can’t wait to meet y’all and show you some cool places around the city I’ve been calling my home for the past 2,5 years!
