Where exactly will the camp take place?

We will have 2 venues for the camp, with all participants and volunteers divided between these venues. In NH23, the venues will be: Vormingscentrum Destelheide (Destelheidestraat 66, 1653 Beersel, Belgium) and Vormingscentrum Hanenbos (Lotsesteenweg 103, 1653 Beersel, Belgium).

Can I choose which venue I want to be in?

The venue division depends on many factors and will be done by us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change venues. Among other factors, we need to consider optimal diversity in terms of nationalities, host countries, gender, having volunteers from your country, … We recognise you might be sad if you can’t be in the same venue as your exchange friends but you will definitely meet many amazing people and will have the chance to make many new friends!

How many days and nights will we be staying at the camp?

Do we have to buy our own food?

You will get breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee in the afternoon. On arrival day, you will only get dinner, so bring some food for your flight/train to Brussels or money to buy food at the airport in Brussels before going to the venue. On departure day, you will get packed lunch but if you have a long flight, you might want to buy food at the airport before your flight or during your layover if you have one.
